Under 快活app官网 Schedule 1, 快活app官网 provides Scheduling, System Control, and Dispatch Service to those transmission customers purchasing TOUT Service. Regional Network Service (RNS) is the transmission service that transmission customers purchase in order to serve their network load in the New England Control Area.

快活app官网 Schedule 1 TOUT charges are calculated based upon hourly reservations for any transmission customer that is purchasing TOUT Service at Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) approved rate ($/kW-hour) determined annually and effective January 1 through December 31.
