Request CEII Access

To protect against the uncontrolled distribution of specific engineering, vulnerability, or detailed design information about proposed or existing critical infrastructure, the 快活app官网 restricts access to materials deemed to be Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII). Access to such information must be requested and then granted by the 快活app官网. Without this access, you cannot view 快活app官网-posted materials marked as CEII. As an example, your web browser will return an error message if you attempt to open CEII materials without the proper digital certificate (or authorized credentials for discrete requests) issued by the 快活app官网.

Requesting CEII Access

An individual must be granted access to CEII materials under the control of or posted by the 快活app官网. Materials include CEII materials about long-term committees or working groups, such as the Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) or Reliability Committee (RC); the Interconnection Request (IR) process; and discrete data requests (i.e., requests for specific information contained within CEII materials or CEII materials not posted on the website).

If you are a participant: Contact your organization’s security administrator (SA) for the 快活app官网’s Customer and Asset Management System (CAMS). Your SA must enter you into the CAMS database and assign you the necessary roles and permissions. (See the Customer and Asset Management System (CAMS) User Guide for additional instruction). If you are not sure who your SA is, contact 快活app官网 Participant Support. Where a Governance Participant needs access to CEII materials not available under the PAC, RC, or IR areas of the corporate website, or CEII materials not posted on the website, a discrete request using the CEII Access Request Form should be submitted.

If you are not a participant:

Identify what category of materials you would like to request. If you need to request CEII access associated with multiple categories, you must submit a separate request for each:

Discrete Request of CEII Materials	For discrete requests for access to CEII materials not provided via the other three request categories. This can include requesting access to CEII materials developed by the 快活app官网 but not posted to the website or specific CEII materials that have been posted by 快活app官网 or NEPOOL ad hoc working groups (for example, a group formed to complete a transmission study).

Complete and submit the online CEII Access Request Form in Ask 快活app官网. Make sure your reference(s) are made aware of your online submittal in advance, so that the request can be validated as part of the verification process. When the 快活app官网 completes its review of the submitted CEII Access Request Form (which may take up to 2 weeks), you will receive email instructions, as follows:
- If a PAC, RC, or IR request, how to retrieve and install your digital certificate
- If a discrete request, how to access the requested materials

If you are not a market participant and wish to access this material, you will need to complete and submit a CEII Access Request Form in and receive the 快活app官网’s approval.
