The Forward Capacity Tracking System (FCTS) is the 快活app官网’s online system for managing information related to resources participating in the Forward Capacity Market (FCM). Access to the FCTS is required to submit a show of interest and qualification package information for the FCM. A digital certificate is required to access the FCTS. No additional hardware or software is required.
To access the FCTS, ask your security administrator for the 快活app官网’s Customer and Assets Management System (CAMS) to provide you with one of the following FCTS application roles:

If you would like FCTS access without registering as a market participant, download the FCM Nonmarket Participation Registration Form and email the completed form to memcoord@iso-ne.com.
