The reliability region IDs are as follows: 9001 = Maine Reliability Region; 9002 = New Hampshire Reliability Region; 9003 = Vermont Reliability Region; 9004 = Connecticut Reliability Region; 9005 = Rhode Island Reliability Region; 9006 = Southeast Massachusetts Reliability Region (SEMASS); 9007 = Western/Central Massachusetts Reliability Region (WCMASS); 9008 = Northeast Massachusetts and Boston Reliability Region (NEMASS&BOST).
