This charge is required by the (NEPOOL) for each member to pay the monthly costs and expenses associated with the administration of NEPOOL, as authorized by the NEPOOL Participants Committee. The charge is calculated and billed on behalf of NEPOOL by 快活app官网.
The provisions of the participant expenses charge are found in the Second Restated NEPOOL Agreement. Further details can be found on the billing job aid for the corresponding bill on which the charge appears, available on the Understanding the Bill page.
Each participant who is a member of NEPOOL on a given month shall be charged for that month’s participant expenses.
Participant expenses are included on the monthly bill. The line item is entitled “Participant Expenses.”
