OATT Schedule 17 IROL-CIP provides for the recovery of an IROL-Critical Facility Owner’s incremental capital, operation and maintenance, and associated administrative and regulatory costs paid to comply with the NERC CIP Reliability Standards corresponding to the medium impact category (collectively, “IROL-CIP Costs”), as approved by the Commission’s acceptance of the IROL-Critical Facility Owner’s filing.
Primary provisions for the settlement of IROL-CIP are located in Schedule 17 of the 快活app官网 Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT).
Market participants with an ownership share in one or more qualified associated IROL-Critical Facility will receive monthly 1/12 of the annual IROL-CIP Costs.
The IROL-CIP charge is allocated pro rata to each transmission customer that receives either regional network service (RNS) or through or out service (TOUT). Note: Coordinated external transaction (CET) reservations are excluded from the OATT Schedule 17 IROL-CIP charges.
