In preparation for the Regulation Capacity and Regulation Service phase of the Sub-Hourly Settlements project 快活app官网 has updated affected web services documentation files, transaction file product mapping, and MIS report descriptions, templates and sample files.
The 快活app官网 Web Services Business Documentation Spreadsheet has been updated with new end point URLs for preliminary and final five-minute Regulation Clearing Prices for the requested day. Preliminary 5-minute pricing will be available beginning December 1, 2017 and final pricing will be available after the December 1, 2017 5-minute regulation clearing prices are finalized. The Real-Time Final Hourly Regulation Clearing Prices and Real-Time Preliminary Hourly Regulation Clearing Prices web services will not be populated with data effective December 1, 2017.
The Info Session, Exhibit B - Transaction File Product Mapping document for FERC Electronic Quarterly Reporting (EQR) has been updated to include the Regulation Capacity Credit, Make Whole Cost Payment, and the Regulation Service Credit. EQR data will be available in January 2018.
The pricing reports for ancillary services will be updated to rename the existing "Five-Minute Regulation Clearing Prices" report to "Preliminary Five-Minute Regulation Clearing Prices" and a new "Final Five-Minute Regulation Clearing Prices" option will be available. View the pricing reports by accessing the Ancillary Services section of the 快活app官网 website after the December 1, 2017 5-minute regulation clearing prices are finalized.
On November 1, 2017 MIS report changes related to the Regulation phase of the SHS project were announced.
